I mean, have you HEARD how many Republican concession speaches bring up God and the Bible? What does God and the Bible have ANYTHING to do with you loosing your seat in Congress and the House?
I am SOOOOOO glad that #1 I am NOT religious and #2 I am not a Republican. To spend your life all wrapped up in that religious nonsense and thumping that bible all the time must be a sad life.

Alot of Republicans are Evangelicals.

On the news the other night, they gave a breakdown of what type of people voted for whom in the election. It said that 70% of the Evangelicals voted Republican. Thank heavens they didn't win the election.

I am so disgusted with Evangelicals trying to get our laws and our Constitution changed to their viewpoints.

I have voted Republican because of some of the other policies but the general view towards religion from the party disheartens me. i did vote more liberal this time - our state was one of the key senate seat turnovers - but a Democrat from Montana would be a Republican back east.

It is the work of the Devil. Satan is an opposer of God and as a devil, he tells vicious lies to win conquest to himself, besides his spirit followers (demons) that have already taken a stand with him. As at now, Satan is the current ruler of the world and the immediacy of his end is in sight. With a forthcoming restored earth to paradise and God's Kingdom ruled by Christ, all the current confusion will be done away with and Babylon the great ( false religions and oppressive governments and their agents ) will be destroyed.

A true Christian should be neutral to politics. The evangelists that dabble into politics are going contrary to what is writen for a true christian-----"Be in the world but not of the world."

My humble prayers is for all of us including you to come to know the one true God and live harmoniously with his principles. We can rest assured to be among "the meek (that) shall inherit the earth."

Draw close to God and He will Draw close to you----James 4:8
