People that say that they have no time to exercise are using time as an excuse. You could be exercising in the time you're up here. It doesn't have to be hours upon hours spent in a gym. There are simple exercises one can do at home, that require no pre-purchased equipment. Some examples include wall push ups (and regular ones) chair dips for the triceps, standing calf raises, crunches, etc. Google it and I'm sure you'll find some that would easily fit into your schedule.

Exercise is a universal recommendation when considering weight loss, but it is certainly possible to lose weight without exercise. The question begins with how much do you weigh? How is your weight distributed? And what are your dietary habits? With this information any physician should be able to advise you on weight loss.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories
in the food you eat should be less than the
energy you use. You will have to increase your
metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will
lose weight faster. More details available at

Eat less and excercise at home or workplace. Use a walking or cycling machine. If you don't have time to go out to excercise, bring the equipment to you.
A littlle more info would be useful. Like what is it you do? Are you normally at home or work?
