You must have lost alot of water weight. First, do not take drugs like xenical they can cause hypertension, stroke, and congestive heart failure. Second, you need to just exercise and eat wisely and you can lose weight.

Losing weight fast doesn't work love! I've done that and when your body's had enough, it just piles it all back on a few months later. Learn from us oldies and eat sensible meals at sensible times. Exercise regularly and leave out the pills! It'll take longer, but it gives you time to get into the habit of eating sensibly. That way, you'll be into a perfectly natural eating routine and the weight should stay off.

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories
in the food you eat should be less than the
energy you use. You will have to increase your
metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will
lose weight faster. More details available at

what is xenical?
you shouldn't take any kind of pills for dieting, they only make things worse and in truth you only take in about 7% of anything in pill form anyway.exercise, cut back on the food intake but not all together and drink lots of water.good luck.

your body treats fat like gold, what it'll do is surrender the glucose which'll make it seem like you've lost some but after that you'll have to work twice as hard for it to burn fat.
I think there are pills or an injection of the hormone PYY3-36 which tricks your brain into thinking that you've eaten enough

Unfortunately it does not work for everyone. Have you been exercising less, that could be a cause of not losing, but to be gaining you must have done something different!
