Because it seems that climate change is a real problem, and if it carries on, it is possible that many people could loose their lives and their homes. Surely we should be concerned about climate change if people's lives are at stake. Indeed, If there is some chance that our actions could be causing climate change and could indirectly cause people to loose their lives, surely it makes sense to act responsibly, and to be concerned about the consequences of our actions.

Because if the penthouses in London have sea-views, the rich and famous will have even more to brag about. There house prices will rise as much as the Thames and my house will be somewhere in the middle of the North Sea which will prevent me from going to the shops in the morning for my usual full-cream milk, Daily Mirror and 10 Superking Richmonds.
Hope that helps, if not good-luck with the other answers above and below!

It is just junk science the politicians use to beat each other up with for power plays. There is no evidence man has caused any climate changes (or if there actually are any). Don't worry, the world is not going to end due to natural disasters any time soon.

It is another plan by the powers that be...to get our minds off the fact that they want to control the world population and bring in a one world government and a one world religion. When Jesus comes back, everything will be put right.

out of the 186 billion tonnes of CO2 in the air only 6 billion are from humans (cars, factories, aeroplanes) even if we all switched our tv's off and our light bulbs then it won't do much really
i'd say only half a billion people in the world actually bother about doing it (i'm one of them) whats that going to save, half a billion tonnes, not much diff is it

I don't know what's more arrogant - thinking we caused global warming, or thinking we can stop it!
