Why is it that some girls pretend not to notice or see me sometimes and even pretent not to be interested when i talk to them even when I KNOW theyre actually interested in me?

They are probably either really shy (in this case maybe you should start talking to them) or they aren't interested. either way talking to them works.

I don't know how old you are, but maybe it has something to do with the immaturity of those girls.
