some people are just thin.....you should ask your doctor if you are at a healthy weight....he/she can probably tell more by looking at you than someone could over the computer......your frame size and fat percentage are big factors

some people just have a high matabolism and have a hard time containing a healthy weight. but if you eat and exersize i think u will be just fine.

tell you friends that you grew over the summer and just can't gain weight. don't quite sports or anything becasue your friends think u are anerexic. also don't start eating foods that are high in fat that u didn't eat before. jsut go on with your life the same way. eventualy you will gain some weight. your body is still ajusting to your new height.

people always get skinnier when they grow.

I am a sophomore, about 5'8 and I'm about 110 (that's only because I started to lift weights last year, I used to be about 105). Anyways people always say stuff like that to me too. I just laugh or ignore it (trust me, if they say I am anorexic, it's because they haven't been around me when it eat.)Now, I don't know exactly what you are going through 'cause I'm not there, but just hold your head up and be proud. If it ever gets to you, just sit the person down, and talk to them. If that doesn't work, talk to someone who will understand. It helps, trust me. They might just be jelous too. Don't worry you will eventuall put on weight. You used to be able to see all my ribs (I know, that's gross), but you can't anymore. I think I'm still under weight, but I don't worry about it. You shouldn't either. Just have fun with what you got!!!

I think you're one of those people who has a fast-running metabolism.

For the rest of your life, you will probably struggle to gain weight, just like many of us struggle to lose it. Although, some people catch up later on...you are FAR from done growing up yet.

Humans come in many different forms...My form is rounder than yours! :)

The next time your friends tell you that you need to gain weight, just say, "I know you mean that in a nice way, but it hurts my feelings that you're not okay with the way God made me." Explain that this is just the way you are, and that if they love you, they'll understand that this is just you.

Don't stress out about it. Just be healthy...this is more than many of us have!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

If you know you are fine, then don't worry what people think. If you are personally concerned, then you should speak to your doctor and have your body fat percentage tested. As long as it is not below 12%-15%, then you are probably fine. You may have a smaller frame than other girls your height, and this will allow you to weigh less and still be healthy. You can check your frame size at the link below. HTH : )

Losing weight help

lose weight fastWe get weight by eating extra calories and incorrect amount of macronutrients. There are two ways by which we can lose weight.

* Eating less

* Exercising more

You know
1 gram of protein = 4 calories
1 gram of carbohydrates = 4 calories
1 gram of fat = 9 calories
1 pound of fat = 454 gram
So 1 pound of fat = 9*454 = 4086 calories

Note: Our body fat contains around 3500 calories, as 10% of it is water.
So in order to lose a pound of fat (4086) in 2 weeks, we need to decrease calories consumption by 290 per day as 4096/14=290(approx)

15 minute of good exercise will help you in losing around 100 calories. So in order to lose 1 pound of fat in two weeks, we need to exercise for around 45 minutes (290 calories) if we do not want to make any changing in our eating habit. So just take care of the amount of calories in the food you take. The best idea for losing weight will be by cutting down the junk food with exercising. So greatest way to lose weight is a mixture of diet and exercise as exercise builds muscles, and bigger muscles burn more fat.

that's annoying. i might want to arise with a collection of random info about any journey and turn them into "eerie coincidences" too. social gathering: Abraham Lincoln dies the very similar day the enormous sinks, except 40 seven years previous! The massive had the skill to carry 3,547 passengers aboard! They both have 40 seven! I actual imagine terrorists do not have THAT a lot time on their palms to sit down down and plan all of those issues out. they have better effective activities, like, blow themselves up.

At 65 inches and 100 pounds your body mass index is less than 17 which is UNDERWEIGHT not overweight. This is OK at your age, and given your statement that you 'eat constantly' your weight will eventually increase. Please do not listen to those who wish you to gain or lose weight so long as you consume a reasonably prudent diet.

Well, you are a tad on the underweight side but you are young and probably still growing.

Once you get into your mid 20s you might find yourself gaining more weight than you wanted to :)

Seriously, I wouldnt worry about it.
