Ignore them and find something in life to take your attention from them. Like the saying of a vampire you have to invite them in so don't do that.

Well if you think of demons as humans just avoid them. But if you speak of demons in you than there is only one way... do not take this the wrong way but that might mean you are overly religous or you can't think alot of the time. You may just have a problem saying something is your fault so you place blame in order to keep a clean mind. But if you believe there are demons within you then see a preacher.

Recommend you read the book :Dianetics the Modern Science of Mental Health. by L Ron Hubbard.
There is a whole chapter devoted to the subject of "demons".
This book not only explains where these come from but also how to get rid of them.

Avoid anything dealing with spiritism or the occult. That means movies, games, cards, crystal ball, and even astrology. Try to make a fresh start and study the Bible. Many have already said prayer, and that with a willingness to oppose them should clear up your life.

As a born again Christian I know that demonic spirits seek to tempt me and to destroy my witness for Christ and if possible to kill me. They also seek to do evil in and through the unsaved. A Christian has to put on the whole armor of God and be strong in the Lord.
Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
An unsaved person needs to turn to Christ and get his power working in their life. If they just get a Pastor or someone to cast out a demon they won't have the protection of the indwelling Holy Spirit in their life to prevent a future possession.
Matthew 12:43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. 44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. 45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.
Notice that the house of the man's life was empty. That's what happens when it isn't filled in with the Spirit of God.

Pray to Jesus and invite Him into your heart and life, those demons will not share the same space as Jesus. Tell satan to get behind you in the name of Jesus, Then Praise the Lord!!

I don't know about getting them out of my life but I do manage to get them out of my hair for a few hours while school is in.

to get rid of them do the following:
Pray to Jesus, ask Him to come into your heart and your life and save you from your sins.
Then: get rid of any occultic things in your home (witchcraft and other occult books and items, idols, ouija boards, etc), and then . .
start reading the Bible (beginning with the Gospel of John (the 4th book in the New Testament), and then obey what God tells you to do (and obey what Jesus said to do).
Start reading the Bible every single day, praying to God every single day asking Him to help you live for Him, and asking Him for forgiveness for your sins, and start going to church (a church that preaches and believes the Bible) every single Sunday morning.
Stop hanging around with people that don't love God, and start hanging around with people who DO love God (most likely these are the kind of people you will meet at a good Bible-believing church)
If you'll do these things, and sincerely obey the Gospel of Jesus (Gospel means "good news" (it's the good news that we can be forgiven of our sins and go to Heaven to be with the Lord forever instead of where we all deserve to go forever after this life (Hell)). . .
if you'll do these things, the demons will leave you (in fact, the Bible says they will flee from you). They will still attack you occasionally when they can, but they won't control you and you won't be in fear anymore, and you will have power over them.

Stop believing in them...it is belief alone that brings the images and experiences of demons, or evil.

That demons are as mythical as the various gods and goddesses that mankind has invented through the millenia.
