Ok, so my best friend is a girl (i'm a guy) we are 15 (mature) and have known each other for 2 years. Recently-for about the last two weeks- she has been asking for hugs alot, almost every day, and keeps saying she loves me. She had never done either of these before. But the thing is, she has a boyfriend (16), so I dont know what is up with the hugging etc. all of a sudden. I like her more than a friend and I have to tell her (I will wait till she breaks up with the guy), but I want to know, why might she be getting more touchy so much so quickly? If I am walking her home she puts her arm around me, and the other day I just made the flippant comment; hey, the cat's giving me a back rub, none of ye are that nice (to a group of friends) and she said "I'd give you a back rub". I find this behaviour odd since she has a bf (she isnt like this infront of him).

I think that it is a big possibility that she has feelings for you to. I think that you should ask her why she has been getting so touchy feely and not get ahead of yourself. If you twi are best friends than she should understand anything that you come to her with.But it is a big possibility that shes feelin you. I have got attracted to all my Best Friends one way or another because they are always of the other sex. Let Her Know and DO NOT KEEP IT FROM HER. if you dont feel comfortable asker her why she has been getting so touchy and let her know why you think that too.Dont be uncomfortable shes your best friend dude.

she likes you but you have the right idea to wait until she breaks up with this guy because sounds like she's trying to play both sides of the field if you let her. Some people want to have their cake and eat it to so keep playing it smart and wait to see if she breaks up with this Guy first. Good Luck!

She's into you, okay. A blind man could smell it. She says it to you. How long has she been with her bf? Maybe she's just going out with him to make you jealous. Make a move! Find out what she wants! Good relationships are based on communication. Talk to her!!!

My opinion is that her feelings are starting to go further than just friends and you need to tell her the things that you need to befor it get to serious with her bf.

you have to ask her and then let her know where she stands if shes developing feeling for you. if your friendships strong enough it should survive. it maybe she just feels close to you and is proud and happy to have you there (as a friend)
