snitching is a jail word. come on now.
maybe she thinks she is being helpful by protecting sister. until she is your age or going threw what you are ( hormone wise) then she will probably continue showing such concern. maybe she is curious and is seeing how mom reacts to what might look like fun to you. maybe she is just trying to figure life out. relax, she is your sister and i am sure this too shall pass and she must care about you, be glad.

tell her to mind her own business and start telling on her and see if she likes it i know it sounds childish but i have 2 brothers that do the samething ( thank god i am married and out of the house )

ignore her, she'll grow out of it, or when she gets a little older, you can do the same to her...lol And trust me I had a little sister, and she did me that way, until she became interested in boys, and then things changed... Big time .
