1. Don't do anything around her that she can snitch to your Mom about.
2. Tell her that if she finds herself in trouble with your folks someday, don't come near you.
3. Tell your Mom that she needs to have your sister back off. If you aren't doing anything serious (like breaking curfew, having boys or friends in the house when you're not supposed to, etc.), then your mom needs to trust you. Unless Mom is having an issue with you, she need to tell your sister to back off and stop being a snitch.
Makes me happy I'm an only child...

You could try bribing her, but blackmail is better. You'll have to catch her doing wrong, and hold it over her head. You might plan an adventure sneaking out of the house or something, then invite her along.
