I get really angry at home a lot. I usually start wrecking the house and screaming....I try to calm myself down, but if ANYONE talks to me at home that day or the next,i will scream the hell outta me...im kinda surprised that ive never lost my voice before.
No matter how I try,I just cant get my feelings out.....I cant go to anger management,i tried to write, but im too slow, same with typing, and my eyes are too blurry with tears...i didnt even bother trying to talk to anyone, even my friends when they call me-i tell them that this is not a good time, and i'll talk to them tomorrow.
so,any ideas??
serious answers only, and pleasedont ask why i get so angry.

It really does sound like you would benefit from some professional help. But, it seems that is not a possibility right now. I have bouts of rage and tend to throw/break things and have been known to punch a hole or two in the wall or window. I'm 30 now, as a teenager the rage was very intense and I really had no control. Over the years I have learned some coping techniques, but it still happens. One thing I've found that is rather satisfying and doesn't actually hurt anybody/anything is throwing around a newspaper...especially the Sunday one.
You need to learn ways to self soothe, to calm yourself down and not let the situation escalate into an explosion. This takes time and practice and doesn't work perfectly, but it does make life less chaotic and painful. Check this link out for some suggestions on how to do this....

Kandy, you have serious rage issus and you will need to find out the source of your issues in order to lead a more productive life.

The best way to go about doing this is to talk to a professional who can help you in so many positive ways.

Please do this for yourself and seek out help. The sooner you do this the better.

Your are going to have to talk to someone about this. There has to be reason for all of your anger. There are free to low cost counseling services out there. Make an appointment. You will be glad that you did.

Buy a bunch of cheap breakable stuff from Goodwill and bash it all with a baseball bat.
