my hair usually grows from 1/2 an inch-2 inch.
the way I use to measure it is my finger!!
On your index finger,you have 3 "boxes". each one of those is 1 inch!!

It is more like 1 cm, or one-half of inch per month. Because I have a lot of gray, when my hair grows, it is quite noticeable as to how much it has grown.

well the way i find an inch
you know the orange pointy cap to the Elmer's glue well that's about an inch
the more protein you eat the faster your hair will grow or somthin' like that but usually its like a half inch

an inch is from the bottom knuckle to the middle one (on thumb)
