Making lots of tiny braids is always fun, especially if you wrap some of them around into buns. Streaking them with blue is also amusing, and spiking with ultra hold sports gel is a crowd favorite.

perfect, this is what you do, take an old metal clothes hanger, like tose easily bendable ones, and make a shape like a W only the peak should be round so it goes around ur head, excellent, now this is your canvas, what u want to do is use those metal things sticking out your head to place hair on top, wrap ur hair around it, and use lots of gel and hairspry, curve the bars now so ur hair looks like horns, now get an old white, or ne color t-shirt, and a black marker, and write "you mess with the bull... you get the horns"

do not use dye- yet they have the colors you may streak into your hair (sure, they wash good out!) Any solid elegance grant save may have the stuff - i love Sally's elegance. And the individuals who artwork there likely have tremendous thoughts too! Have a good number of interesting! (or you may look at low priced Halloween wigs - leftover, many are seventy 5% off or extra!)

If you wanna COLOUR it, just manic panic. Does it have to be real hair? If not, get one of those daft rainbow clown wigs.
If it has to be real, get some sort of wire (twine or a hanger) and place a piece in each pig tail to make it crazy high.

OMG it was it for my school today!
ok i put my hair in half pony tails and they where curly and the other half(botom) straight &sprayed glitter(it looked more cute than crazy-but i didnt whant to go all out)

You could use major hairspray and hairspray it while bending over and make your hair stand straight up; You could make your hair have a bunch of things in it clips, little toys, hair bands, etc, you could put a bunch of braids different sizes in it.

part straight down the middle...one side smooth back and braid (maybe spay a lil glitter), other side tease and stick out all bushy (spray with color)
