dwav.
You don't pronounce the "ent" at the end. For verbs you never pronounce the "ent".

RE: Do English-speaking Canadians pronounce "Quebec" an similar way as French-speaking Canadians? i trust the French Quebecois pronounce it something like "KAY-bec." Do the English-audio device pronounce it an similar way, or do they say, "QUA-bec," like some individuals do?

It's pronounced "DWAV." The A sounding like "ah" in "box." Plus there's an ever, ever, ever so slight "e" (like the "oo" in book), which comes when you finish the "V" sound.
And like previously said, you never pronounce the "ent" part.

Dwaaa-ve.
Verbs ending in ent NEVER have the 'ent' pronounced.
You might know what it means anyway, but as a reminder (If you know) it means 'to have to/must'.

The best approximation I can give for English speakers is /daw-'av/,
with the "awe" sound closer than in English.
