Anyone know of an upscale bar/restaurant that has happy hour specials and what the specials are and on what days of the week.
my definition of upscale is anything that doesnt resemble an irish pub/tavern. Thanks in advance!

I would suggest hooters. The atmosphere is friendly to both men and women. Food is good, drinks are good and the ladies are friendly to all sexes.
