The right to stay in our Country is right given to all citizens so with citizens it should stay. I don't think any illegal immigrant has any rights while on our soil.

They don't have the "legal right" to anything, but since we are not going to get rid of them, we need to use resources to locate them and make them accountable for all the benefits they obtained illegally, and pay back the taxpayers. Since we taxpayers foot the bill for their babies, shelter, food and misc. benefits. No I am not a hateful person, but when someone steals from you, that in itself is a crime and they are commiting these crimes against every taxpayer. Or you can locate them and deport them and then consider allowing them to re-enter legally once they have paid their dues to the United States. Ask yourself one question, why is our taxes always on the rise?????????

I think we should let them all in, every one of them, vacate Central and South America, then go down there, take over their oil, build their country into a paradise, and then build a wall to keep them from coming back.

No, I dont think they have the right to come here illegally to begin with but they are already here. WE must deal with it in a realistic fashion. Whining that we need to "send them all back" while sounds like a solution is not a very realistic one. Deportation of those in our jails and committing welfare fraud however would be a good start. And fines and jail time for employers and landlords would be ideal as well.

No just because they broke the law. Just as your question said they are illegal. They should not be given a free ride for breaking the law.

No way, we must deport all, we have got to show that our laws must be respected, they must get in line and wait, like they should have the first time.

No. They came illegally and are stealing education from our children and health care from our sick and social services from our poor.

They have NO rights to stay here.

We may decide to let some screened ones stay, but not because they have any right. They'd have to have come legally to get any right to be here at all.
