Ok, so about 2 years and a half a guy started in school that came from Canada (I'm from South America), but he's originally from South America, and I liked him since the first time I saw him but never had a friendly nor nothing else relationship, we talked two times but never more. A few days ago I find out that he is going to Canada, but today missing 9 days for him to leave I founded out that he is going to live to Canada. I was shocked, and still I am, and I don't know what to do because I really like him, and everytime I cross by him he is always staring at me (since last year) and we are constantly making eye contact. What am I supposed to do, does he like me back? I'm lost and need some advice, and I appreciate tremenduously the time you took to read this. Thank a lot.

He probably does like you if you all keeping making eye contact and it doesn't bother either of you. But if he is going to live in Canada with his family there isn't much you or him can do about that except find out if there could be something between the to of you and have a long distance relationship. It's hard but believe it or not they do work and when you finally do get back together face to face it makes you work a whole lot better because you know everything about each other. Sometimes the physical relationship turns out weird if you never had one to start with though.

Well talk to him. You don't have forever. Tell him how you feel. Its not like hes gonna be like ew gross or anything. Obviously if y'all are making allot of eye contact you have some kind of connection. Just talk to him before its too late. Tell him how you feel! There's no point you keeping your feelings to yourself! If you don't tell him, then you'll never know if anything would have happened or not!
