Being a parent takes patience! You have to MAKE the time to have your child eat a balanced diet. 1 yr olds shouldn't be on a bottle anymore, but a sippy cup. Offer her favorite drinks in a cup, and her least favorite in a bottle. She will learn the good stuff is worth the cup. That is the best way to break a late bottle drinker that I have read. Take the time, feed her, help her and let her feed herself. You have to make the time, nothing else to it.

Eating should be a slow and enjoyable experience. Babies gauge what they nutritionally need until around 3 or 4 years of age. Weaning from the bottle is easy at this age (1 year) and can become more difficult at an older age.If you put her to bed with a bottle, be sure it is water to avoid middle ear infections associated with milk feedings. Small frequent feedings with food might help.

My daughter now almost three used to always want a bottle and i gave in to her i was convinced that she was hungry all the time so i spoke to my health visitor and she said that the reason she didn't eat too well was that she was relying on her bottles of milk esp at night it was only 8 months ago that she stopped having drinks for bed and now her appetite is really good.. i broke it down by watering the milk down to start and then i gave her just water and she hates water but it proved that she wasn't thirsty at all and in the morning she was and still is ready for her breakfast.
can i just say that i have a one year old too and i have stopped her already with milk at night as our eldest (almost three) has really bad teeth which i found odd as she doesn't eat sweet things through her own choice it was only when i noticed her teeth rotting away that the dentist told me it was down to the milk (full fat cows milk) lying on her teeth at night even though we brush her teeth twice daily.... just keep that in mind

Give her some milk in a sippy cup. Theres no reason she cant drink the same thing from a sippy as from a bottle.

Give her one. You'll know when she's had enough. Meaning, she'll push away, turn her head, etc. Leave more time to feed her and enjoy it. Very quickly that time will have passed and you might miss it.
