Does anybody know how to make a picture black and white(I know how to do that) but then make only like one part of the picture color. For example you have a picture of you and a rose and you want everything to be black and white, except for the rose. How do you do that? I also need to know what program to use to do it = ] Thanks

Most computer print/graphics programs like Photoshop have a desaturate function which creates a black and white effect from a color photo. You would also mask out the areas you want to stay in color and then apply the desaturation effect to what you want as black and white.

The other way to do this in Photoshop is to use Desaturate on the whole picture, then use the History Brush on the part you want in color. It's a lot easier than messing with a mask.
