That is not a sensible goal! Diet and exercise will get off around 3lb a week (thats if you do a lot of exercise).
You may be fed up hearing the "diet and exercise" advice but it really is the only way to go. Pills, throwing up, laxatives etc will totally wreck your system and potentially do you a lot of damage

Detox. Each day eat any fruits and vegetables except white potatoes and avocados in any quantity, 2 - 6 oz yogurts, 2 c herbal tea, 1 c oatmeal, 2 c brown rice, for protein - 4 egg whites and some type of beans, tofu, lentils, or chickpeas, drink lots of water, and try to exercise at least 30 minutes 5 times a week. Eat what you like from the list - you don't have to eat everything and you could lose that 12 lbs in 10 days. I lost 9 in 9 days.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

unless you starve yourself and exersize constantly then you won' t loss it. it is not at all healthy and may cause health problems. also u might not lose much anyway because when you skip a meal your body's matabilism slows down and holds all the calories from your previous meal.
i would just think of this as a lesson. instead of eating lots of junk food and then when something really important comes up that u need to loose weight for try an loss it really fast. just eat healthy all the time and exersize daily. then u will have no problem. trust me.

umm ok if u wanna hear theres a fast way just ask a liar, why do u girls not believe its unhealthy and there is no healthy way, ok hear, i 'll lie to u girls, someone posted a response saying that they wanna know the answer to this too but everytone says its unhealthy.. ok so for the lieing... there is a pill on the market (this is true) that claims to contain a special formula which is equivalent to eating 2.2 klg of fruit, so look that up, and take this pill, the results are amazing... hope this helped

cardio! cardio! jump rope. run. cycle.
salads. balanced portioned diet. water to cap off a meal instead of food. Liquid nutrition. People will tell you that's a lot in 10 days, but fighters do 20 pounds in like 2 or 3 days.
Avoid alcohol. Focus on WATER as your liquid of choice
No junk food, fruit snacks

Do the South Beach diet and it will clean your system out safely and you'll lose weight quickly during the first week and then slowly after that. Plus you keep it off. Its easy, healthy and it works.
