Why do people who are not going to ask questions about Spitituality and Religion even bother getting on the category? Is it just to bash Christians and God? Is it becasue they think atheisim is a religion? Is it just to try to make Christians angry?

The religon and spirituality section seems to be an all out word war about who is right, and who isn't. There are a bunch of questions asked in a way that is meant to incite anger, and there are a lot of sarcastic remarks made that really aren't called for, just ignore them, it isn't likely to change. Provoking anyone brings out an ugly side- even Christians.

People do this with all sections of Answers. It is unfortunate, but all you can do is ignore them. It's an Internet thing, so it's very easy to just blow off.
You have to understand that some of the people that bash it are provoked, so I wouldn't make yourself to be the victim, too much. not all Christians are not the nicest of people. SOME are very rude, belligerent ,hateful, and lack understanding...etc They're judgmental and tel everyone ehat they're doing's a sin...etc The sections not just all about christians, it's about spirituality and ALL religions..
Ignorance, hatred, depravity, narrowmindedness, retaliation, or just the fun or amusement of angering others...there are so many reasons and possibilites why. Some don't even realize the rudeness of saying such things, especially the ways they do.
It's just the way people are..

Ok, please step off your high horse for a minute and let me talk to you so you can understand.
I ask plenty of real questions about religion and spirituality. I also answer a lot of questions involving atheism. No, I do not believe that atheism is a religion, but I would like to learn more about why you are the way you are, and to straighten any misunderstandings about my non-beliefs.
I don't bash anyone that didn't bash first. If you start out your question being rude and inconsiderate to myself and my non-beliefs, then yes, I will be rude right back. I'm sorry if you take my opinions and my non-beliefs to be insulting to you and your god. They aren't intended to be. However, if you ever plan on going anywhere in life, you need to learn to deal with people who will have different thoughts on life other than yourself.
I do not seek out people like you to make you angry by talking about what I believe and dont believe. I simply answer real questions with real answers.
So when you get over your superiority complex and realize that not all Atheists are out there to get you or insult you (unless you are rude like you are in YOUR question), then maybe we can try to continue to live our own lives and not worry about what other people do to piss you off.
Oh, btw....for the believers who say to report us atheists (when we don't even deserve it), this is a chatting and personal communication violation.

Because this is the Religion and Spirituality category. It's NOT just the Christian category, like most Christians seem to think.

It is in an effort to try to bring the truth to Christians.
Most Christians have the attitude that they are better than all others and that what they preach is the only truth and all others will go to hell.
This offends most intelligent people and they lash out for being offended. or they simply try to enlighten you about the truth of the universe.
Even your question is arrogant.
If you become humble like your religion says you should be no one would bother you.

So this section to you is based on god and christianity? What about the other religions? So atheists should have their own section because its not a religon. I think the term was created because of religions.

Christians are not the only people that are spirtutal or religious. Everyone has a right to believe or not believe whatever they want. The category is not just for people that are like you.

no. Some of them come here to learn about other peoples religions, and to hear there opinions.
Some people do feel athiesm can be a religion because of how strongly they feel about it, if they are going around bashing God than in a way that is THEIR religion.
Im an agnostic, and I come here to state my opinion and learn about others.
