Hi there!
First of all, take a deep breath. You sound so desparate. I have been there over and over. There are lots of things you can do. And honestly, even though I know you're frantic, your goal isn't that outrageous...though maybe a little tough. If you could settle for 10 pounds a month, you could probably do it.
This is just my advice as another person who struggles with their weight (I am 5'4" and was up to nearly 300 pounds before having gastric bypass surgery. I'm finding myself to be pretty interested in food now, and at 140 pounds, I'm struggling to keep my weight down still). So I hope you don't take offense or think I"m "issuing orders." It's just what I've had to do to get results in your situation.
1. Sit down and make a plan. Decide how many calories you're going to eat per day and what kind of active things you will do. Put those things in WRITING somewhere. It's a good idea to stick workouts on a calendar. To this end, make a grocery list and get what you need as well as getting rid of any CRAP in your house. I know it was expensive...throw it away. If you have kids, they will have to get their sugar elsewhere! You will feel more in control if you do this...I swear!
2. Try using www.fitday.com. You put in your nutritional goals, including calorie intake and enter all your food into the program and it calculates the content for you. It's actually kind of fun. And writing down what I eat always makes me do better for some reason. Guess I just don't want to write down three donuts in one day. Plus, it becomes kind of a game for me. Maybe it will work for you. You can enter your fitness activities too, so you can see how many calories your consuming, vs. how many you're burning off.
3. Do whatever you can to push aside your desperation. This is the hardest part for me. One thing that helps me is to concentrate on OTHER improvements besides weight loss. I.e., did you make it through lunch without a cookie? Good job! One point in the win column.
4. Don't postpone joy until you feel you deserve it. You deserve it now! Wear clothes that FIT so you look your best and recognize that even though you want to be healthier, you are a GOOD person. Your entire being isn't worn on the outside for one thing. For another, you're not THAT heavy.
5. Don't compare yourself to others. I just mention it, because that's a disaster for me and I have a hard time NOT doing it.
Now, go put some lipstick on and take a walk! Getting outside will lift your mood as much as it burns calories. You'll feel better about yourself just for doing it.
I'm really sorry you are having a hard time. This culture puts a premium on being ultra, ridiculously thin, and then sticks Big Macs and Frappucinos in our faces. Try to hang in there and keep your goal in sight. You will make it!

I lost 30lbs with just exercises alone. I was tired of being heavy, so I decided to become more active. Alot of people dread exercising, but I enjoy it very much. Start slow ( small goal) and then work your way to a full workout routine ( big goal).First I started walking then eventually started jogging, which really helped burn the fat off. I also used workout videos at home. I have at least 15-20 videos to keep things different. Also you don't need to go on a drastic food diet ( everyone is different, this helped me) what I did was just portion control meals. I measured everything (@home) eating out I only ate half.

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??
There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.
This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.
I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.
This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.
So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Try the Fat Smash Diet by Dr. Ian K. Smith. It is the diet used on the show "Celebrity Fit Club." I have lost 20 lbs on the diet and it has been 2 months. So if you start now you will be close to your first goal.
