Why on earth should you feel guilty? Do you really think he'd want you running round the footie pitch with him and his mates?? His levels of fitness and sport participation are his choice. If you're indoors eating biscuits, what difference does it make to him?? Enjoy and don't feel a crumb of guilt!!

I would say no, do not feel guilty. Your husband is not being deprived of anything. If he wanted bicuits he would have them. If you are worried about him being fit and perhaps you are not, then that is a choice you make. If having a few biscuits contents you, then be happy. If you think you may prefer to forgo the biscuits and get fit, then do so and be happy. Self-guilt never solved anything.

Food should never make you feel guilty. If you think you are over weight or unfit you can make up for a bit of indulgence with a long walk or a day of low fat eating. You can change your lifestyle if you want to. We all need a bit of balance. Without it we end up nasty and twisted and writing unpleasant answers to innocent amusing questions.

Yes.
Surreptitious consumption of biscuits and confectionery should cause you much mental anguish and guilt. You are clearly a depraved and twisted individual.
