Well I can only speak for kids in California..
We have such a great Governor that or Education System is in need of an over haul and he doesn't know it. We spend more tax money on aid to these kinds of programs then need be,
Parents need to step up to the plate and do there jobs.....
That's why in California at least....

I htink most kids are talked to about sex ed in middle school, so they are trying to stop the population of some of these people that think getting PG is so much fun and living on wellfare and food stamps, now dont get mad and report the truth now

Second, not all American eigheteen year-olds have had sex.

it varies by state. here is starts in the 5th grade and lasts until the end of high school.
