you stop what you are doing and clean it up and get them another drink or get sued when someone slips in the mess on the floor

I dropped my iced tea at a Starbucks yesterday, right after they gave it to me, and they just gave me a new one, I didn't even have to ask! And then they mopped up the floor and that was it.
Another customer did actually yell, "Clean up on aisle 3!" It was kind of funny but I felt like a moron.

give him/her another for free and have one of the busboys clean it up.
The customer will appreciate your gesture and will hold no grudges against the service/rudeness of the barista.
