If when your close or near an electronic device for an extensive period of time (years), from the radiation given off from that electronic it will cause you cancer?

Depends what you mean by electronic device. Only some circuits give of electromagnetic radiation - e.g. cell phones, unshielded power supplies.

The sorts of electromagnetic radiation given off by consumer electronics is safe. The only exception is cell phones. The latest advice is to avoid using a cell phone regularly for excessive periods without a headset - especially children.

No devices give off nuclear radiation (except smoke detectors)

particular something with a chargeable battery will emit radiation while on/off incredibly at a similar time as charging because of the fact its giving off ions once you cost or discharge it. maximum cells and laptops use Lithium Ion Battery's

Yeah I'll think so but again the human body is already exposed to enomous amounts of radiation through out one's life span, so i want to also say no....God is great!
