Yes that's a normal question.
Your great example has the words used in the wrong context and the question doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
You did however miss several important things, they're normally misspelled and they start occuring about the time school releases.
I would say your question about covers it all.
Pretty sad statement on todays youth and our education system, huh?

Nah, just wishful thinking on my part.
