its true, i shot an owl, and it wasn't wild. shall i contact the address on its tag? i already read the letter that it was delivering. i got it in the neck.
the letter said

i could incredibly decide to verify one and now i would be looking out right here in WI. yet those owls, besides being proper, are somewhat super and being predators, will carry off small pets. So i'm hoping they return homestead quickly.
