I worked at the school the only time they do that is if you are a really mean bully. You and your friends are harassing this girl and making her life miserable. You have been told to leave her alone but instead you sneer, make snide remarks and continue the abuse. Hopefully, you will stop before you get kicked out of school or cause this girl any more harm. I wish the school had the authority to just kick bully's out of school and not give them these chances because chances are you will not stop the abuse.

It would be fair if the girl in question feels harassed by your friends.
My assumption is the girl feels threatened by your friend and her group of friends. It's probably the result of her being bullied, so yeah. It's definitely fair.
If the girl has never had a battle (verbal or otherwise) with your friend, then it's probably not fair and she's just using the system to her advantage.
Just ignore her completely, transfer schools, or ask your parents to a meeting with your teachers and the principal.

This is not fair because you should not get kicked out of school for looking at someone. It is not like she is doing anything wrong like fighting.

Nobody gets kicked out of school just for looking at someone. There must have been some harassment of this girl going on. This is a definite case of hearing half of a story.

WTF??? who told you that? I doubt very highly a school can do such a thing.. if he or she is being threatened with this action I am thinking that there is more to it than that. There is probably some history behind this threat than what is being told. How did you hear this information? from the friend? perhaps they are not giving you all the information. If the info you have is credible.. the school cannot toss someone out without proper cause, and would be opening themselves up to a serious lawsuit.

It depends if your gonna fight or cause anything bad to happen then the school has a right. But if your not than you shouldn't get kicked out for looking at them i thought this was a free country and also why do we have eyez to look at one another, it doesn't matter how. But i bet there is more to the story.

perhaps you should call them and time table an appointment to truly see why you're kicked out. i'm tremendously particular that a college won't be able to kick out pupils entirely in accordance with their use of pupil wellbeing centers. if it is so, you're able to desire to pass petitition whoever you should to come back in. yet incredibly, do you choose to be back in that faculty? yet perhaps you probably did only omit too many instructions, yet i could think of scientific institution continues to be could be allowed. this is form of problematic to decide with out understanding what the college is, and additionally, which 3 hundred and sixty 5 days are you. If this grew to become into your freshman 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, you run a greater threat of being suspended for stupid stuff like this. colleges do not desire people who they don't think of can shrink it (like they are the super decide that somebody won't be able to cope with college and a psychological ailment). i think of this is only existence's way of telling you to alter to a distinctive college. desire your hours pass. That too permit you to comprehend if that's why you have been suspended. in case you probably did not get your hours in, they gained't be on your transcript the two, so which you will only circumvent the disagreement altogether. in case you nonetheless experience there is not any valid reason nevertheless, which i could think of, possible time table an appointment to talk(gently) the region.

No, it isn't. But if school officials are looking for a reason to boot you out, there's their reason. Life isn't fair, but it does get more fair at age 18.
As for a lawsuit, don't bother. You do realize how much money it would cost to go through with one, don't you? Suck up your pride and take it like a man.

That's the most ridiculous thing... no, they cannot legally kick you or any of your friends out of school for looking at someone. And if you do somehow get in trouble, I'm sure that your parents will be ready to call a lawyer.
