I've just moved and became friends with the 16 year old girl neighbor. I'm 43 and it is merely a flirtatious thing.
Her mother is never home so I make her dinner sometimes and give her packs of cigarettes. She likes beer too, she said she has had it before. She likes hanging out here and gives me back massages and does my laundry. She is fun unlike the grumpy women I've been doing.
I took her to dinner in NYC the other day and she was most grateful. People thought she was my daughter and she said that turned her on. Should I give her a key?

I don't think you are sick. Age has very little to do with relationships and the older the youngest person gets, the less important it is.
You should be careful here though. Perhaps have a quiet talk with her mother when she's not around. Her young age means she is vulnerable. Are you really ready to 'train' a younger woman? She may not have the experience to deal with her feelings. Plus you should be careful about giving alcohol to an underage person.
You're not sick at all. Just make sure everything is in the open, that her mother is OK with it and that you know what you both are getting into.

This answer is coming from a Paralegal.... and one who is not judging you. Leave her alone. Guess what will happen to you if her mother finds out. You will can spend 9-12 years on jail and you will have to register as a Sex Offender. This is a felony called Statutory Rape and it is not looked at slightly... trust me! If it is worth you never being able to get a job again or find a great place to live then fine. If you own your house and you become a sex offender your neighbors will be notified and they will force you out.
Trust me it is not worth making your life a miserable hell. Think this law is a lie... do your research. You better hope some law enforcer is not reading this and is working on prosecuting you now.
Do the right thing now and tell her she is too young and it is not a good idea to speak any longer. Pray and hope she doesn't tell her mom... because your word are against hers and you are pretty much screwed... to be honest.
Man you should think before getting involved with a minor whether it is innocent or not. Your situation is not innocent at all. You have already broke a few laws.

What the hell wow i really don't think that's a good idea for you to be fooling aroung like that b/ what if her parents out then what are going to do? And beside you are wayyyyy to old and she's 16 and still has her life ahead her. You just stop this whole thing b4 it goes any further b/c in the end she might change into whole differnt person if you know what i mean

OMG! Man, you better get out of that situation! You're lookin at some jail time along with that if anyone finds out, you should NOT be going with her NOT giving her drugs and most of all NOT giving her beer! She's a minor! You better high tail it out of there,before you end up on the most wanted list.

Not specifically sure about PA, but most states allow minimum age 16 years to sell tobacco and 18 to sell beer/wine/liquor. They may have an issue hiring you at Wawa due to the beer.
