If your question is can you file bankruptcy on credit card debt the answer is yes. If you are asking if you can pay for your bankruptcy with a credit card the answer is no.

yes you sure can. although you should talk to your lawyer before you actually do file for bankruptcy. if you are actually going to do it, what you gotta do is call the credit card company (# is on the back of your card) with the lawyers name and # and the file #. so that the credit people can legally speak with the lawyer, make him/her the OK to speak with on the account.

bankrupsy is hard to file now a days but yes if you qualify you can but anything that is in your name, House, car, anything is now the states and they repo it.
