Yea but only if you really like that friend and you are not trying to date the guy to get back at your ex. Because believe me your ex doesn't care, he already moved on.

Dude go for it. Anyone is open at the point, even his best friend. Don't not date one of his friends just for him. You need to move on with your life, anyone is game.

Alls fair in love and war. Its not about fair BUT if you're only dating his friend to spite him consider what that says about YOU and what that does to his friend. If you're dating his friend because you're interested in him than GO FOR IT and have fun, NO GUILT ALLOWED!
