i have fat under my underarm. when i wear tank tops it goes over it.I'm pretty skinny everywhere else except for there and my belly, and thighs. what are some things i can do to get rid of this. i weigh 137lbs and 5'7" so i don't want to lose to much weight.

exercise:

do arm circles and use arm bands for your underarm.

do some ab work for your belly- sit ups, crunches

for thighs, basically just go jogging or bicycling regularly

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

quit eating anything high in sugars, fats, white flours, and anything starchy. eat five snacks a day for meals. drink 3 bottled waters everyday. go on walks whenever you can or run on a tredmill. it'll work quickly and could make your metabolism higher. i have low blood sugar and most people say that a low bood sugar diet is good for everyone that wants to lose weight or get healthier. it really works. i started it, and i had already lost 4 pounds in 3 days. good luck.

Girl, U don't need to lose any weight, you sound good to me. Most real men like a woman with some "meat" on them. So I suggest "you go girl"!!

For your arms lift weights.
Everywhere else, situps and cardio

you can do different facial exercises that will tone your face such as stretching your jaw muscles and doing various facial expression . you can try chewing gum for several minutes each day.

lol my skinnies part is like my arms and my fattest is my thighs..um...idk why but i never work out up there..yet i try to work on my thighs and ...ugh....lol...im 115 lbs and 5'4
