At first probably not. I would be angry and wonder why me and why god did this happen to me? Then i would eventaully come to terms with it and be back on track with God and my blessings.

No, I would not "feel" blessed by simply contracting the incurable disease.

Yet, I know that through having it, I could be very blessed. I could meet and become friends with many people that I never woud have met otherwise. I could be given opportunities through this that would not have come to me otherwise. And lastly, I could gain the courage to do something I had been putting off "until later" through having this disease.

So, the actual disease? No, not at all.
The blessings would come from all that would happen later and how I accepted the news and continued living in joy, rather than bitterness.

No, I would not feel blessed.

The only possible blessing that I could see coming from it is if I could summon the strength and grace to cope with it in a brave and dignified manner.
