Yes there are but the inmates are limited to 15 minutes a week. They also receive free cable television to entertain themselves free food free water free clothing and jobs. While the law obiding citizens have to pay for there own aswell as the inmates. It would be cost effective to execute everyone facing a life sentence but nobody knows if there innocent or not.the unemployment rate is out of control in the citizen population but the inmates are making money doing jobs in prison. There wages are very very low but it is still a job that a non criminal citizen could have sent from my iPhone
