In scripture there are verses that say you will be blessed 10 fold 100 fold according with the law of the harvest How much is a fold?

I just heard a teaching CD by Perry Stone in which he teaches that to be blessed one hundredfold means to be blessed in body (physical needs met), soul (emotional needs met), and spirit (spiritual needs met).

Fold isn't an amount. It's like the word times. 10 times, 100 times according to the law of the harvest. An example would be found in the law of the harvest where they were to leave a certain amount of the crop in the field, for the poor to glean so the poor could provide for themselves and not ask for a handout. Let's say that a farmer left 1% of his field as such. And while I haven't looked to see what the OT says the return would be, let's say for the sake of arguement that it's 10 "fold" or 10 times. So the farmer would know that even though he could have left nothing for the poor to glean, because he did, he will increase 10 times what he left, or 10% (1% multiplied by 10 = 10%). I don't know that it actually says how much to leave in the fields for the poor, but I'm sure the amount left depended largely on what was needed to survive. It's like the principle, "Unto those that little is given, little is expected, but unto those that much is given, much is expected."

100 fold means receive 100 times the original
e.g., sow 1 bushel of wheat; harvest 100 bushels of wheat
you have a 100-fold increase.

literally it means a hundred times. figuratively it just means "a lot".
