The bible says that your body is your temple. Why pollute it with smoke then?

Our pastor when he was first saved smoked weed. He got saved and the next day fired up. The Lord told him, is that any better than what you felt from your relationship with me? He said no, and never smoked again.

Is it wrong? It is illegal, and the word says to obey the laws of the land. I could give you many other reasons. But, I think the main thing is what You and God talk about it, and decide.

The Bible forbids the practice of what's called "pharmakeia", or the ancient practice of drug doing. People have been doing drugs for thousands of years, causing them to sometimes see into the evil demonic spirit world. In short, drugs are forbidden because you are not in your right senses when you use them. They prohibit you from making sound choices, and open you up to the spirit world, which is something that God does not want us to be involved in, hence the reason he made us so we couldn't see into that realm unless we actively seek sight into it by doing mind-altering substances.

Do you think they are wrong? Are you hurting anyone else?

You should know what right and wrong are...you should not have to ask anybody.

If it makes you happy and it is not hurting others then NO it is not wrong
