I have heard that they don't hate water contrary to the other cats. But I couldn't confirm it yet.
(P.S.: Ankara Cat has white feather,and its eyes are in different colors. Especially one is blue and the other isdark yellow.)

well, first of all the cats who do not hate water are Van cat's it is said that they used to swim in Van lake..so do not try to confirm that..sometimes (that is a very high rate) Ankara cat's are deaf (if they are pure it is a genetic) so if your cat it deaf (test it) you have to be more careful in your communication with it. And they like to sit in high places like top of a cabinet or so..and they are aristocratic cats and they get defensed easily..but they are adorable and I am sure you'll really love your cat...
