Casey, the first answer is the only correct one! You are not a level 2 user and cannot give the thumbs up until you are. Hurry up and get to level 2 as the thumbs up/down will soon be abolished!

Just click on the thumb icon by their answer. You can't vote on your own answers, though. And you have to be at least level 2.

you have to reach level 2 before you can rate answers for questions that weren't yours. then you can just click on the thumbs by each answer
