I have known a couple that have been sent to prision, they are determikned as to male or female by thier birth certificate and how they are determined.

But even in prison, they are keep in lock down, protective custody and will not be ever in general population.

The one "gentlemen" I knew was in there for a simple drug crime but was doing his 5 years in complete lock down.

you are sent to neither. If they were to be sent to a female prison all the chicks would want some and if they are sent to a male prison they would be sandwiched. At least in California anyone with that type of problem is sent to one prison which i think is by one of the mental hospital prisons. I am not sure where it is exactly but it is up north somewhere.

You are sent to the prison for those with the gender that is specified on your birth certificate.

Since there is no "n/a" or "none of the above" box to check under gender, even hermaphrodites have to pick one or the other.

In this case it would be determined by the sex listed on the prisoner's i.d. In most prison's there are special sections for gay, lesbian, transgender, etc. They have to be protected for obvious reasons. At the men's prison at Twin Towers jail in Los Angeles there is such a section called K-11.

Female prison. Because if they were in with the males, they would literally be ****ed to death. I know the state of Illinois has quite a few hermaphrodites in with their females.

it would depend on what your birth certificate says you are....genetically you are one or the other whether you carry both sex genitalias or not......some people are born males with feamle genitalia and some people are born females with male genitalia...im sure this information would be kept under wraps as #1 it would be no ones business and #2 it could cause cases of sexual harrassment/assault to occur...also it could depend on what type of crime has been commited

Generally the parents decide early on which sex they will raise the child as, so whatever sex they were raised as I would assume is the one that that would be inprisoned with...

I think that they should send you back and forth on alternate weeks, that way you could be really happy or totally miserable.
