Fist of all here is a BIG HUG form myself and the wife and to let you know that we care for you,you seem to be someone who gives a lot to other people and when you need a hand or comforting there is nobody who cares around you.
I think it would be a great thing for you to meet other mums and make new friends who are going through the same problems as you,it may be a good idea to ask your doctor if they know where there are meetings you can go to where you can get help and support because self harming yourself can become a habit and people will think you are doing it to attract attention to yourself which,of course this is not necessarily the case, you need to take into consideration how your children feel when they see you all cut up and they can not do anything to help.
Please seek some professional help to help you get through the tough times and remember there are loads of people on here who really do care about you,if it helps come on here and tell us your problems because someone will always be here.
Take extra care.

Try and find other ways to release the tension if you can, preferably in a way that is good for you and helps you to feel better about yourself. Talk your problems through with someone, family, friends, confidential free helpline perhaps - they dont judge. Remember you deserve more care and love than you are currently giving yourself, nothing is more important than you.

Yes it sounds like self-harm. I'm not going to judge you as I do it myself especially when I need to release tension and stress and when things get too much. I suggest going to your gp to discuss this, my gp is GREAT when it comes to this and my depression. I suggest going soon, as I left it and ended up cutting quite deep because the superficial cuts no longer satisfied my need for a "release".
If you want support from others who do it try going on www.crazyboards.org or you're always welcome to contact me via e-mail (neonbabe75@yahoo.co.uk) or I.M. me.

Yes I do think its self harming why don't you try buying a punch bag so that Evey time you feel down and things get to much you can take it out on that. that way your not taking it out on your self. I think you should try talking to someone about this has it could get worse and you could really hurt your self.

You need to get some help. Causing any type of pain on yourself from emotions is not normal. It doesn't matter if you don't do it all the time. Just get some help for it.

i think people are being to soft with you and i apologize iam not going to be soft.
1.Stop being silly and get a grip of your life and stop trying to get attention there are more people out there with more problems than you and all you can do is slit your wrists.
PEOPLE ARE DYING OUT THERE ILL WITH NO-ONE!!!!
I bet you have a family who love you and you go all emo on people.
Stop being so stupid you should know better than to slit your wrists its pathetic and boring. If you want a reall bit off attention cut deeper and go to hospital and waste peoples time.
To be honest you are not greatful for your life and the gift of being born so get a grip young lady and wake up coz one day you will realise that you made a stupid mistake trying to washaway all your upset with a rasor.
so go and talk to someone and get some bloody help and stop complaining about how horrible your life is...right now there is more people in need than a girl with a rasor.so please stop doing that and go have an orgasm that works for tension bye bye
