my exposured to the smell of heat(your heating system) or even a toaster oven smell-get lightheaded like-?

i work in supermarkets which are often cold-but when the heat is blown over head-i get a strange feeling-like hard to breath or my body doesnt like the heat-happen last 2 yrs-climate change-menopause-anxiety-sometime even when chilly and i get near the hot stove my head face reacts strange-just a few seconds-to less than a minute-just scary feeling-like what is it
