I have a cut of toro (fatty tuna) and im wondering if the fats are good for you

Yes, fish contains Omega-3 which is very good for you. I have always heard Salmon is the best though. I think it is higher in Omega-3.

Tuna is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, phosphorous, potassium, and magnesium. In addition, tuna is also a good source of niacin, selenium, vitamin B6, thiamin and of course, protein. HTH : )

Tuna was reccommended by my nutritionist as the best food for me to eat. She told me I can eat and entire can of it, and it was only equivalent to about 2 whole eggs or 4 oz. of pork/steak. Just watch the mayonnaise, which can add lots of calories to it. Chicken, and then turkey were the next best besides fish according to her.
