I don't understand the weight measurements you have stated in your question. What does that equal in pounds?

Your other symptoms are classic for anorexia (an eating disorder). There could be many causes to these symptoms if you feel that you do not have an eating disorder.

I encourage you to seek medical attention with your family doctor as soon as possible.

I wish you well!

Sounds like you are suffering from malnutrien and dont panic when I say this, anorexia. NOw, before you start saying "I am NOT anorexic," I want to be clear on what I mean BY anorexia. People tend to confuse anorexia with anorexia NERVOUSA. The first one is simply when someone loses they're appite and cant eat and often involentarily lose weight. It is NOT when you starve yourself because you think your fat, ect. anorexia NERVOUSA is when you think your fat and hardly eat and have problems with food and weight. I suggest you take a multi vitamin, drink more water and go to the doctor (pediatrician?)

you may also be suffering from deppresion, anything particularily stressful going on in your life?

I have no idea what 7 stone 3 is.
BUT all the symptoms you describe are of an underactive thyroid gland.
You need to go to the doctor and have your thyroid tested. The good news is that it is easily treated by taking oral thyroid medicine daily.
Go to the DOCTOR.
