Yes I watch what I eat (diabetic)
I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks. I keep the fat and sugar content low and have lots of fresh fruit and veg (organic when possible). I eat small portions of meat and oily fish twice a week. I dont eat eggs or cheese very often.

I am off-season from triathlon training, so I am trying to lose about 15 pounds before next season. Here is my daily meal plan, usually about 1800 calories a day.

Morning drive to work, 1 can of mt dew
around 9:00 a bowl of oatmeal
around 10:00 a yogurt
around 11:00 a small sandwich bag of rice snacks
at noon I eat lunch, which consists of one piece of whole wheat bread and 5 slices of meatless "lunchmeat" (soy protein)
around 2:00 a protein bar
around 3:30 an apple
at 5:30 or 6:00 I eat dinner which consists of a veggie, a protein, and sometimes a starch
at 8:00 I have a bowl of cereal

I also lift weights 3 times a week for an hour, and aerobic activity for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week.

I am a grazer, I try not to consume a lot at one meal.

A bowl of Kellogg's Smart Start cereal with 2% milk.

A bottle of water

An apple for a snack

A bottle of Water

Then lunch. (Hopefully Chicken, Turkey or Fish)

Maybe another bottle of Water 2 hours after lunch

A not-to heavy dinner

A final bottle of water to meet the 64 ounces of water requirement.

a glass of skim milk in the AM before work (helps to curb off hunger pains til lunch and also helps take vitamins)
turkey/cheese (usually), triscuts (fiber), fruit, yogurt, cookie or kitkat - for lunch
usually no afternoon snack unless I have leftover cookies from lunch
dinner is usually a chicken sort of something (quesadillas, chicken sandwich, etc) or eggs
the weekends are different. I usually eat what I want..and it's usually not too healthy :)
I watch what I eat and workout...
it's good for your health!
