I'm 13, my breasts are a bit more developed than those of most girls my age. My mom is very caring and makes me wear bras like in this site http://www.anita.com/de/en/0,1,104,1478,39236__products-detail.htmThey have 4 hooks in the back, are good bras but most girls my age wouldn't like them. They make me sweat but it was mom decision, her law. I did everything I could but she didnt back off. Though this makes me mad,she's a wonderful mom, I avoided fighting to much and ended up promising I'd always wear them as I was told. I lost the battle, not even mom's friends couild convince her. And my dad told me to listen to her cause she loves me. I know, but hate those bras. Since I lost the battle, mom won't really back off, I'd like some tips on how I can get used to those bras, especially when it's hot. They make me sweat. and have 4 hooks in the back, kinda hard to put on. But it's my mom bra law.
(I could take it off behind her back but I'm a good girl)

See, I have no way out, I really gotta wear those bras. How can I get used, avoid sweating and enjoy life in them?

I know how you feel just wear it for a couple of days you'll get used to it then soon you wont feel comfortable without it

I realley feel for you. I raised 4 daughters and when it came to bras. I bought them the trainee bra. or the sports bra. My daughters preferred the sports bra.
the bra on the site you put in your post was for women not girls . The sports will streach as you grow bigger .
as your mother if you could get a doctor's opinion or the school nurses
Maybe if you show some of these responses you are getting it will convince her

Mom don't be too strict with your daughter or you will lose her. She loves you very much and does want to please you. Try to let her be a young girl for as long as she can

Well....getting used to wearing a bra is a bit difficult...and I have no tips on how to make it more pleasant except to say that you WILL get used to them and soon you will feel lost without one...as if you are missing your underpanties if you don't have one on...but you may make them softer by washing them before wearing and letting them soak in a bucket with alot of fabric softener in it before drying them. They get softer with time but are pretty stiff when brand new.
Think of it as a right of passage into young womanhood, being a woman is great but a bra is not the only thing you'll have to learn to live with.
Good Luck and be grateful that you have such a caring Mom...she's saving you from severe back problems later in life and preserving your figure too ! I'd feel lucky if I were you to have her !

That is ridiculous! Thos bras are horrid! Bless your heart. Go shopping with a friend, buy a new bra, it doesn't have to be seductive or fancy. Buy a conservative, comfortable bra at a department store. Take it home and show your mother. Tell her the other one hurts you and that the one you found is more comfortable, and ask her if it will be okay.

my suggestion...DON'T WEAR THOSE BRAS! those are for much older women, you are young, and they can do some seriouse damage to you...im very serious...you should try something a little less developed...try a bra with no padding but underwire in it, three hooks in the back....and yah underwire is hard to get use to, but it won't take long for your breasts to confrom to the right shape
you need to tell your mom that those bras make you very uncomfortable and there is no way you will get use to them...

Hey if you need a bra with four hooks, you need to get used to wearing them. Going without one is really not an option; otherwise you're going to be sagging by the time you're 25. You'll get used to them, I promise!

u should wear a sports bra to get used to wearing one (they dont make u sweat either) then when u r ready u should move on to more advanced bras(with the hooks and all)

I agree...try wearing a sports bra instead...you're only 13, and it's definitely more comfortable.

in stead of wearing your moms bra, get your parents to buy you some of your own to srart with our daughter didnt like em at first either, get them to get you somthing light weight for comfort and you wont sweat as much when its hot out or when your really active, also get the ones with snaps in front for you so it will be a lil easier on you to change them

You are just going to have to go threw it untill you get use to it.I don`t like sleeves on my shrits in the summer but I`ve got to wear then at work.You`ll get use to it and then you won`t care.It`s good to know that someone does what there parents tells them.They must be really proud of you!

2 make a long story short, just wear a training bra cuz those will fit u comfortably. they r 4 all sizes!!!
