If you drink real tea, then it is good for you. If you are drinking Lipton bottled crap then you might as well be drinking soda. Just look at what you are drinking. Tea made from nothing but spices and tea leaves is good for you. It also depends on how much sugar you put in your tea. Using sweeteners like saccharin or splenda are also bad for you.

Depends on the kind of tea, green and white tea are great for you, black tea is good within reason, there's a lot of caffiene in it though, even more so than coffee, and pennyroyal tea is not good for you at all unless you're into that sorta thing... either way it still tastes nasty.

Teas contain many antioxidants which are good for you but also many teas contain a lot of caffeine which is not good for you. The antioxidants have the ability to help ward off illnesses like cancers.

well, drinking hot tea has spices and herbs that help your emune system and is just over all healthy. ice tea however has sugar in it and doesn' t really have much nurtitional value.
