I feel the same way now. I have a disability, my wife and kids don't like me cos I'm moody. I am not employed cos no one will hire me. Find someone who loves you or just talk to someone that cares. I'm trying to figure that out myself. GOOD LUCK and GOD BLESS!

Hi "answerthequestion". You are not alone. There are thousand of people feeling like you are. You feel weak to take care of yourself, really down, with no energy or motivation. Well there is hope, there is people out there willing to help you, there is cientific research on this. Look for help. My first recommendation is look for a GOOD shrink. He will help to find out what makes you sad or disgusted with your life. He will diagnose exactly what you have. In the case you need them, he will prescribe medicines that improve the quality of life, reduce the symptoms while you discover in each session what is making you disgusted. I was prescribed with Cymbalta and Zyprexa, they gave me energy, diminished the feelings of sadness. However you have to make a little "big" effort and try to do things that can help you: Ex: Yoga, exercise: they bring endorphines so you will feel better. Try acupuncture: works excellent physically and emotionally. If you have further questions do not hesitate to write me. Argentox2@yahoo.com. Remember positive thinking is the key to happiness! we create our own reality

If you are so depressed that you can not take care of yourself then maybe you need to go talk to a doctor to see if you have and neuron dis function, or you really need to rethink you morals. A great philosopher named Ralph Waldo Emerson said in "Self-Reliance", " There is a time in every man's education when he arrives a t the conviction that envy is ignorance; that imitaition is suicide; that he must take himself for better or for worse, as his portion ;that though the bide univese is full of good, no kernel of nourishing corn can come to him but through his toil bestewed on that plot of ground which is given to him to till" This means that you and only you can take what has been given to you and make good out of it god can help you to but you have to try to

It sounds like you neek to know God, to accept him in your life, remember the depression is only a temporary situation. Never make a permanent decision based on a temporary situation. You need to pick up the pieces of your life and find something to be happy about- we all have issues and thats a part of living- just try to handle whatever it is you're going through knowing that things could be, and can get so much worse. It's hard to face reality, but it's even worse to run from it. PLEASE SEEK GOD

If you are clinically depressed, and only a psychiatrist can make that diagnosis, then you need to be in therapy and taking antidepressant meds. If this is just a down swing in your pendulum of life, look to the future, and start working towards making your life what you want it to be. You are the only one who can, in any case.

Please find a trusted friend, establish a daily routine and stick with it.
After the death of my significant other, I became anorexic and almost DIED. I know how you feel. But just focus on putting one foot in front of the other for now...untill you can do it without thinking. I know you don't want to hear anyone say "it'll get better", but just work on doing the daily grind for now until everything feels somewhere close to normal.
