Bear meat. I've eaten Antelope, deer, moose, elk because when I was a kid, growing up in the Rockies of northern Wyoming, game meat was eaten alot (I wouldn't anymore). However, to me, bear meat tasted like the awful taste you'd get from chewing wooden matchsticks!

Frog legs, they are too tough and chewy. The flavor is not bad but I could not get over the texture of the meat. Other than that every other meant I've had I like.
