No, absolutely not. This would send the entire middle east into war. Iran would invade along with Syria. We must stay until the Iraqi's can defend themselves. A gradual reduction of troops over a three year period should do the trick. I am a White, Catholic, Male, Italian.

you have not given the coolest specs for the debate. Is it to talk the experts and cons to in basic terms u . s .? if so, one professional you overlooked is that if america of a withdraws now, this is going to in basic terms ought to settle for a million or 2 Iraqi refugees, that variety will boost if the conflict maintains. even though, if the experts and cons of your debate are phrased in a greater favourite way, you should inspect them from all perspectives, alongside with Iraq's. For Iraqis, the withdrawal of the invaders is an absolute prerequisite for the tip of the ache of the conflict, which has left noone right here unscathed. There are actually not any cons, aside for a small form of Iraqi collaborators.

Absolutely not. An immediate withdrawal of troops would pitch Iraq not only into civil war but would give the insurgents a nice big pat on the back...With the replacement of ol' Rummy the last thing we need to do is show a "weaker side" to the enemy.
All that aside; Pulling out now would be like a smack in the face to any of us that have served over there. It would be like telling anyone who was injured that they suffered for nothing. That the men and women who have died; died for nothing. And that all of us have made sacrifices...FOR NOTHING!!!

No.

There is no excuse for leaving the people of Iraq at the mercy of terrorists.

And Iraq Veteran.

In fact you should be asking why the people who have fought in Iraq generally support the war and the people who oppose it have very little idea of what things are really like over there.

I think since we trained Iraq and we are at war with Iraq we should Own Iraq. We trained them to fight for us on our side and then they betrayed our country so no way pull out now... I have alot of friends over there too but the cut and run way out is also the cowardly way out. Start to Finish.
Yes it is true that our government trained not only Bin Laden and Saddam. It was the clear reason for the first world trade bombing. I believe it was done by the ayatollah who said he bomb us because we promise him or his country money for his services. He sits in our jail right now and we have never seen the case.
If you remember the Iran- Iraq war we changed sides in that War all the time. One day we were on Iraq's side the next we were on Iran's side. Our government used terrorist groups as spies at one time. We trained them to make not only bombs, but we also trained them in making false Id's to get into other countries. They just perfected what we trained them to do. Further more the reason that Saddam was in power was because our government place him there. In 1982 when he gassed his own people he was our governments foe, and continued to be the governments foe, until he stop doing what we asked of him. Then he became our number one enemy. Bin Laden family has been Friends with our dear presidents family for many Years. The Bin Ladens have be the backers of the Bush's failed businesses for many years.

If we pull out now, the entire infrastructure of Iraq will collapse. The fight will follow us back home and become much more escalated. We will lose our Allies because of a sudden pull out, making the situation much worse than it already is. Things in Iraq are getting better, but now is not the time to pull out.

One thing you for got to ask is where does the person live. There are many here from the mid east and some from Iran.

You asked if we should pull out and abandon the men and their family that have been fighting beside our troops. Should we just walk a way as we did in Vietnam. Only to see them killed and their families killed.

I think you can see my thoughts on this.

I am in the US and Christian you can see the other.

The statistics you have asked for are not Germaine to the question! To withdraw our troops from Iraq would open us up to the same spineless reputation that befell BIll Clinton! The results of that cowardly reputation are recorded in History.

We must continue this war effort against Islamic extremists or we will become another statistic, as in 9/11. Personally, I would like to see you grow up and become a full fledged citizen of this country. Today, you are an apprentice, thinking there is correlation between my religious practices, my color, and my desire to survive. No thanks!

No. We need to get a better course of action and do what is BEST for IRAQ, even if that means splitting it up into three independent nations each with a piece of the oil pie then so be it. Its time to LISTEN to the MILITARY men on the ground.

We do have to make plans to leave, but to cut and run is NOT THE WAY.

"yeah, we came, we caused chaos, we left it there..." How much more dangerous do you think it'd be for us if we did that?????
